I went short because both 5 - 20 and 10 - 50 EMAs crossed to the bear side. If rice decides to move up, I will reverse my position - hopefully with a mild loss only.

As to fundamentals.... they matter eventually. In the meantime, the market can play a ping-pong game not worrying about shortages or oversupplies.

As others have said on this board, I also really have no idea about fundamentals, supply, demand, geopolitics, or what Obama is up to (I do know something about stars and galaxies but here I am pretty sure they mean sh$t). Charts alone are my guide.
