The Sugar Rat has just O/D'd again and plunged back to "rehab" after a "Dead Rat Bounce" to the Moon once again. He does this often as he is a junky and can't help himself. Until he dives below 29 he is only getting cleaned up at the "29 rehab clinic". Only a close below 29 will suggest a crash back to 1st rehab. Note the RSI 21 remains above the 50 line.
