TD stands for Toronto Dominion Bank. It owns all kinds of banks in the U.S. Plus TD Ameritrade it bought out. RBC stands for Royal Bank of Canada and is also buying U.S. financial assets like crazy too. So is BMO (Bank of Montreal) and BNS (Scotiabank) and C.I.B.C. (Canadian Bank of Commerce) And they are very good at making money. Keep that in mind when you deal with them. They are all over the U.S. including South America and many other countries.
