TFC Commodity Trading Forum

In Response To: Natural Gas/Encana *PIC* ()

I'm not sure this is the demise of nuclear power, no doubt short term, Japan has to get more N Gas. However, I've been watching the Yen in the light of all that is going on in Japan. Can anyone tell me how a country that has their bank pumping 170 Billion dollars to keep things going, with estimates of a Trillion Dollars damage, has their currency not only holding it's value but appreciating ?
I've been looking for some discussion on this, and I know with all the smarts on this board, someone has the answer.
