You can't have a strong leader with so many cooks in the kitchen. There are too many checks and balances involved. In business a business owner can fire everyone, shut down and re-open his business with a sound financial plan. And that's exactly what many do as there is a bottom line to finance and you can't just keep losing money unless you are a corporation (or government)and can run it into bankruptcy and don't peronally care. Individual businesses often face situations that are not going to work financially and have to slam on the brakes and change course and let the chips fall where they may. Governments don't do this as they are afraid of criticism and not being re-elected. Plus there are no financial consequences for them if they don't fix the problem. There has to be consequences for people to respond with haste and solve problems and not be concerned about being popular or keeping their job. How do you think they would respond if you were using their credit cards and banking facilities. But as long as it's someone else's money they don't bother. It's no wonder the military takes over governments around the world to put things back in order. At least the military has the guts to fix the problem.
