My understanding on this topic is that there should be no issue here from MarketWatch's standpoint for two main reasons: 1) full attribtion has been made to both their site and the news article author in every instance and 2) the sharing of the content has been restricted to non-commercial purposes only ie. for sharing/discussion on an open forum dedicated to trading and market topics.

Not that it matters much, but I do have a background in Business Law from back in the day, as well as close connections in the NS Judiciary that would likely confirm my take on it...besides, from a marketing standpoint, this thread (plus any content I've shared in the past) simply serves to generate even more interest in MarketWatch's site and bolster their commercial interests...I'm sure they would be quite pleased with the promotion
