It is a serious effort to try to learn how to make money off of this beast !!!!
I think the 2nd link I posted cited the potential of a tropical storm in the Gulf as being
part of the reason for the drop in Ng today.
It seems the "industry" pays a tremendous amount of attention to the weather, among
other things.
I have also learned that a "lot of production" bypasses storage sites and is piped directly
to consumer sites, such as power plants and large industrial customers. It is not at all
clear to me that this portion even shows up/gets into the futures market directly.
Frankly, I think tomorrows build expectations (tho high) are a bit "soft". You may well see
a low number ring in. I have no intention of being in the market before the report, but maybe
ready to jump in during the first minute if the number does prove to be in the upper 80's. If that
is the case, you will see NGQ11 heading south !!
