Re: optionxpress is a baby setting broker /Lee

Hi Lee,

A month ago I was actually in the process of trying to opening an Optionexpress account online. I liked the idea of being able to trade futures/options and stocks from one account. Their comissions looked good to me. Maybe not as good as some deep discount broker. However, on one of the steps when I hit submit and continue the browser displayed the hour glass and never took me to the next step. I called support and they had me clean up my temp internet files and cookies. That did not help and the support person said maybe it was my browser. I had explorer 6. She asked, if I wanted to try FireFox, but I did not want to hose anything up that day. I did update to Explorer 8 later, but the same thing happened. Was just wondering, if you opened your account online or printed off the application and mailed it in. I know you have posted that you use FireFox. I believe James also said he used Optionsexpress and he was happy with them. By the way we have not seen James post in quite some time.
