TFC Commodity Trading Forum

If you are considering trading delta neutral strategies then I recommend using the Bollinger bands to look for market volatility. Delta neutral trading is based on just that volatility. You are looking for low volatility in a market to put on the position. When the Bollinger bands narrow then you have a trading opportunely. When the bands have narrowed this is generally a prelude to a move.
