3:15 PM is OJ close. 15 min for settlement is not bad. Bare in mind that some markets trade 15 min past close in the mini contract....so settlement will rarely be on the closing bell on any volatile market such as futures. The spread can widen tremendously on the close and someone gets filled (been there, done that) and it sucks. That why I try to stay away from MOC (murder on close) orders. ;)
