Well, if there are traders who are judgment proof they would still have to cover the margin requirements. I doubt that though. This is pretty much a 1 to 1 business. If you evaporate your margin, your assets will be seized.

This is one reason why I day trade (keeps me out in the first place much of the time), and it's also why i don't trade thin markets.
OJ barely traded 1900 contracts today. In addition to all the technical signals that this was about to be a bullish market, it's so think that it's not a good idea to be in it in the first place unless you have an orange grove and you need to hedge.
