Saw on the news a guy that's going to set up a registry for people that own parking spaces. So if you are a homeowner and have an empty driveway or parking space somewhere you will register with this guy's site. Someone needing a parking space to leave their vehicle for any period of time will also register and the site owner will hook the both of them up. He takes 15% of the fees. Typical fees are roughly $15 per day or $300 or so monthly. Obviously it depends where you live and the demand. Not sure of other details but apparently there are a lot of people that need a parking spot for a vehicle and would prefer it parked in someone's driveway rather than in a lot somewhere that is more likely to be vandalized or stolen. Sounds like a good way to make extra income for doing nothing. I would guess a covered parking spot like a garage would be worth even more. And yes I think this post is 'trading related'.
