Thanks !!
This is the first I have bumped into this cycling issue. Will have to look deeper.

It clearly has to have a cost factor involved for the owner of the gas. From what I read, the gas is extracted and put to market to accomplish this. Was one of the key issues in the $1 price handle comment.
