The Sugar Rat broke out over its downtrendline and has now pulled back to the breakout point in classic fashion like most breakouts do. Once the stop losses above the downtrendline are cleared away and price runs up a little price typically pulls back to the breakout point for a 'test' just like most breakouts do. This pullback to the breakout point is the big test now to see if this breakout is for real and holds as support and rallies again or fails. Seasonal trends are presently bullish.
