Just looked up Kitimat B.C.Canada Real Estate prices. Jeez, dirt cheap prices. And that's where several world class Nat Gas plants are being built. Will become a major center of activity in time I guess. Prices start around $59K. Hard to believe you can buy a house for that. Lots under 100k. Here is the link:
