Alas, frozen pork bely futures, one of my true mainstays of the eighties and early nineties, are gone.

Could it have been that they changed to contract from an actual rail car (36,000 pounds) to some silly 40,000 pounds?

Or, was it just a change of the times?

Or, was it Spinners which, at the time, were referred to as "Pinstripe Pork Bellies"?

Such a waste. Such a loss. What has happened to this once great America?
