The newer cordless technology is quite impressive. I like the Milwaukee Fuel stuff.

I picked up my first impact gun, around 15 years ago and was exceedingly impressed with its power. NiCad Dewalt (The Yellow Black and Decker).

It has absolutely NO juice, in comparison to a new Milwaukee Fuel (brushless) loaded up with 4.0 amp hour batteries.

Heck, their cordless Hole Hawg outperforms the corded long standing version.

Impressive stuff.

When it comes to cordless ...

Newer cordless brushless circular saws are 7 1/4 ... not 6 1/2 and they cut faster than their corded versions., Sidewinders .... waiting for a cordless worm drive ... when I see that .... oh boy!

Compound sliding miter saws (Makita) and you'd be surprised with the run time and accuracy. Single bevel, but for cordless ... what the hey.

I'm waiting for a cordless cabinet saw.
