the DOJ is an arm of the Executive Branch, it does what it is told to do by the President (whoever that may be in office).

Invariably, when DOJ is involved, they are "protecting" the perp, not going to prosecute. Or, will let off with a wrist slap.

Worthless, if Justice is required.

Of course, they like to file against small fry and beat the crap out of a nothing person just to try to look like they doing their job.

DOJ fails in its duties in every way.
