buying at established long term lows and holding for the long haul is, in my estimation, about the only way to consistently win.

Kinda hard to do this on the sell side, I think, because the upside is unlimited. The down side is bound by zero.

buy and hold...is about the only way to eliminate the timing factor...which is the biggest boogie man there is when it comes to trading.

Buying and selling on a regular basis is a game designed by brokers who depend on commission for a living.

This is just my opinion and may be subject to flaw.
