yea...probably akin to herding cats.

I'm trying to remember if, over the years, they ever managed to cut production and if they did how long it lasted before somebody cheated and went back to full production.

100 bucks a barrel is great for the sellers. they probably think 40 sucks but 40 is better than sitting on it a receiving nothing.

I think it will eventually settle out around 50...eventually.
