Putting aside all the financial experts,talking heads etc.. Do u know what is really coming dn the track on these neg rates..are we going to have cheap credit almost take dn the world egain. If u have any thoughts,feel free.think the best thing to do now might be to stand in the river and throw wet flies at a fish that has stopped eating until it goes back to the ocean
