So, the difference between "Da Mayor" (democrat party side) and Rove's plan ... The Democrat Party plan stole tax dollars to give goodies, pay bribes, to buy votes.

The Rove type was to inform people that areas, controlled by the Democrat Party had exceedingly restrictive gun laws and ... put the Democrat Party in control .. just like the Clinton administration had done, with the help of Democrat House and Senate (first term) passed restrictive gun legislation.

The Democrat Party was is to steal more money from working taxpayers to pay bribes to buy votes. Rove's way was to show the populace what the Democrat Party areas have done .. AND what the Clinton administration HAD DONE.

I'd say that's quite a difference.
