The strongest markets are those unable to close upside gaps promptly (most gaps are closed soon after they are made).

The $ has worked off its overbought situation without really moving down much in price.

The dollar has not yet seen its high regardless, i don't believe. It looks, at the moment, like it cannot top before at least the Spring of this year, and, perhaps much later.
