Unfortunately, I can't claim it for my own. I heard a blurb about it on the radio one day several years ago. It so fascinated me that such a destructive thing could be done away with by a President with the balls to rescind it. Trump may have the cojones to do it so I thought I would try pushing the idea as best I could.

I like your title but it really needs to have the word Czar in there somewhere because the carnage I would inflict on the federal work force would only be befitting someone with the title of Czar. :-))
