TFC Commodity Trading Forum

1) the first $25k of individual earnings is tax free - all are treated equally with this - no favorites - it is more meaningful to those who dwell in the basement...while those at the top get their free from SSI advanced earnings.

2) $3000 limit on losses for individuals per year is canceled. Individuals treated as corporations. Match losses and income/gains yearly going back 25 years.

3 )FTC immediately is notified to prosecute illegal calling of those on DoNotCall list. False charities trying to skirt regulations also will be dealt with regardless of locale (India, USA, etc.).

4) FedGov. honors all proven tax refund requests going back 25 years. (As it stands now, the Fed is off the hook paying taxpayer after a few years but holds the taxpayer to lifetime obligation.)
