ha...yes...on this road there will be a next time.

But you are right...I did what I did so I have to live with it...luckily the kid(as it turns out) didn't die and I don't have to live with that.

And...someone asked me what I thought I could have done had I found the kid suffering in the truck. The unfortunate answer to that is, nothing. I know pretty much nothing about emergency care.
