Boy's I said I was going to do it last year. I spent 13.52, shipping included, on something for this years garden and it is on the way. 10, only 10, pepper seeds.
After growing habonero's last two years, I thought it appropriate to "one up" myself and if I was going to one up myself I might as well step all the way up.
I bought 10 Carolina Reaper seeds.
If you don't know what a Carolina Reaper is...you just ain't into peppers. The Reaper is THE hottest pepper in the world with a scoville rating of 1.5ish-2.2 MILLION.
A jalapeno weighs in at around 5-15k on the scoville.
I can't wait.
Am I going to eat one? Hell no.
Why grow it then? Because it's there.
