Classic example of an inside out one.

I'm probably going to be sorry I ask this question but what the F is an "inside out one"?

Here another question...my proper grammar sucks...I've seen that you are supposed to end a quote at the end of a sentence like this..."inside out one?" with the quote encompassing the question mark...unlike how I did it in the previous question I posted above with the question mark on the outside of the quotation mark.

Does anyone know which is correct.
