time and time again the market does what it wants despite the news. Went short dollars against yen right after what should have been a dollar bullish employment report on Friday -- nice chunk of change. Covered short USDJPY on this DX buy signal yest morning but did not go long dollars on signal "because it was too close to "FOMC" or so I thought.

Amazing how simple it is if we just follow the method/chart and equally amazing how screwy it becomes when we try to connect the fundamental dots. My plan calls for exiting just ahead of news -- not passing on signals two days ahead of news.
