Why is solar given HUGE tax incentives .. when even with said incentives .. it cannot compete? Why are there HUGE incentives to hire "refugees"? Not just incentives .. but tax credits, wherein many instances it takes that company's wage payment, for the "refugee" to LESS than two dollars an hour.
Just so you can understand it .. a tax credit is NOT a deduction. Even if NO federal income tax is paid .. a credit is a direct payment.
