Oh sh---------------------t. I have read, in various newsletters, that landlords are to always be on their best behavior due to everyone carrying audio recording and video devices. Especially, during the application process.

Most of my rentals are between 2200 and 2700 sq. feet, that have been updated with nicer grade mateirals, flooring, and appliances .. not to mention crown, cornice build-up and a lot of natural stone. The first applicant, that legally qualifies, might be a four hundred pound behemoth with six to eight picanuinnies ...

Even with the requisite FICO score .. that's thousands of damage, just waiting to happen.

Well, I guess the thought police are going to be everywhere ... just have to learn to deal with it when the time comes.
