Bullchit...it starts out being for the indigent then everybody gets on it...look at the post I put up where it says 24 of the 50 states have 50% or more of the babies being born paid for by Medicaid. And, as LUAB points out, that was designed for the indigent and old.

That's how it works...the dems(usually) come up with this plan to help the downtrodden, indigent, and old...then open it up to where everybody can get enrolled.

Why? It's called vote buying. It's just that simple.
