I was not a Sander's fan. When he did not hold public office, he was so poor that he had basic utilities shut off on him. His wife took over the presidency of a small college, with a fairly healthy endowment. She borrowed SO much money (college borrowed) that .. the institution went bankrupt.

Yet, Senator Sanders, not too long ago, was able to purchase a six hundred thousand dollar vacation home, taking him to three personal residences.

I realize that US senators are paid a decent sum, with incredible noncontributory benefits. However, not enough to support THAT lifestyle.
