For anyone wanting to be "one with nature", going out in bear country without serious protection will get you there in the form of bear scat fertilizer.

As I was sorting through all the stories I saw one were a 65 year old hunting bear got chewed by 5 bears! Some will say...see, a gun won't protect you either...of course, I will contend he needed to be hunting with a full auto...preferably belt fed. :-))
