Agree with U there, Spike.

Besides, on Greenspan... puey! When has he ever rung the alarm for the common man/woman's benefit?

Going the other way of what he advised would have been awesome!

I'll never forget that time he stated in public that he didn't understand why more Americans didn't buy homes as interest rates were so low,

then abt 3 yrs later, it was 2007-2008!! LOL!
