I saw that about the no search warrant...currently only applies to DC, I think. I'm sure they include everyone in a while...just to make it fair.

And yes, civil asset forfeiture is BS and he needs to ride a train straight to hell over that. If they claim your 5K is illicit gain and take it...it will take 5K to hire a lawyer and get it back. They know that, so they just steal it.

Bout time for a thinning and they are definitely showing us who needs to be culled from the herd.
