The average SS yearly payment is around $14k. Half of the recipients have no other income.

That's zero benefit from the new tax bill. Others do get benefits which allows them to bid up products at the expense of those who have to sit it out at the gate.

How did the new tax bill increase the disposable income of these people? Was there a tax credit or something I missed seeing?
