Unless they do something like nick the membrane that holds the fluid that surrounds the brain...or something like that...it's out patient surgery. Should be home by 5 pm or so.

for the nose to fully recover...a couple of weeks.

Past ops though, you pretty much don't even know anything happened except you can breath and there's no internal pressure from nose stuffed with polyps.

Some interesting looking stuff might come out of the nose if blown...but basically its life as normal in pretty short order.
