I'm a paddle holster guy. I have one for my Glock 9mm, my S&W .40, my wife's S&W M&P Bodyguard .380, and my newest acquisition (last week) my Springfield Armory XDM .45. All of my wheel guns (all single action) I've kept to the traditional leather long holster. I've never had a shoulder rig. Might look into them ... I just like the paddle holsters .. easy on - easy off - quick and easy draw.
