Yes, well...I believe the idea of the hurricane rebuilding was your injection into the thought of the building boom. I never thought about that part. I was just basing it off from what I was seeing around here, which is a maddening building effort to keep up with the unfortunate influx of 100 people a day population increase...was also basing it on numbers let out by the government on housing starts etc.

The rebuilding after the hurricanes thought was a good one.

This was the first and last time I'll ever make a call based on fundamentals. That way, I can keep my fundamental call record at 100%. hahaha
