I think it's a conspiracy to do away with the constitution and all of the bill of rights. Not only do they conspire to collect all of our information they fund politicians who's intent seems to be to totally do away with the constitution. As Ocrapperboy said...it's an antiquated document with a negative bill of rights. Meaning it spells out what the godvernment can't do instead of what it can do. To him, it ought to give him and people like him total power over our lives.
