I used to have a guy, that worked for me, that was SO afraid of heights ... it was unbelievable. Several years ago, 2008 timeframe, I purchased two condominiums that were located on the twenty-first floor of a high rise building.
They were each three bedroom, sixteen hundred square foot units, with full Lake Erie view. When you entered them, there was an entry foyer, dining room and kitchen. The living room was two steps down ... fully glassed view of the lake (built as close as code and ACE would allow). He would not step into the living room ..., or even look at the balcony, much less step on to it.
I said, "I guess this means you're not going to work on this rehab with me, are you?
