A Cat 1. It was supposed to be the "worst storm EVER". And, it was all Trump's fault. More than likely, it being downgraded from a Four to a One, had to do with obimbo, back on the campaign trail. Why heck, in California ... close to 750 people showed up to hear that thing speak.
