Oh yea...nothing wrong with conserving the environment. Hunters have done more than most in doing that. All because we like to kill our critters. I know we have huge amounts of critters than when I was a kid. Big supplies of deer when you rarely saw one out in these parts. Turkey by the kabazillions that were reintroduced 25 years ago. They may have just been introduced because I never heard anyone talking about turkey when I was a kid. Elk re-introduce that long ago, too. Population of elk is to the point we have been hunting them by lottery for 10 years or so.
