Great Trading system!! no finds....

Ok, a long time ago I bought the Ken Roberts course, made a bunch of money....then lost it in a day. This was about 12 years ago.
Since then, I went and took courses at the Merc, and have been paper trading. I entered the markets last year and was doing good, but my other business met some really rough waters, so I had to withdraw most of my funds from my trading my account to settle some financial issues.
I left it open with a few hundred in it, but i also left the subscription to the charting service on...which was funded from the account. Due to the gradual draw down from the charts, I now have $8.00 in it.
The thing is, over the last 10-12 years i have put a considerable effort into developing a solid trading system. It has clear entry and exit strategies, and has a high focus on the wins vs. loss ratio. By being very selective in which market conditions I trade, i have been able to keep it in the area of 80% wins or higher for several years now. although many of those are just %50.00 to maybe $150.00 wins.
Since I have a relatively reliable system (as much as we can get in this biz), but NO funds to trade it, I am considering forming a website to post trade recommendations for a small fee.
Obviously I have no actual credentials to draw people's interest, so I am thinking about setting up a bulletin board service where i can post recommendations for free with the purpose of establishing a track record of successful trade recommendations.
I was wondering if any here would have any thoughts or ideas that might make something like this a successful venture.
Thanks in advance,
Gian Lencioni
