YEP!

Deffinately DEMAND!

If it was only the specs? It would just keep going?
Because, WHY? Stop, when you gave a good thing going? LOL!

But, of course demand dropped and we can now see the price dropped!

So YES!
Cause = demand!
Effect = GREED? ;) More people wanting to buy than sell.

It seems over all, thing don't change, Much? ;)
