Some bussinesses and banks is where it is.

Construction has basicly STOPPED in some ares because of it. 3 major land buys around here were stopped because of it.

Not all people and not in all areas. All I can talk about is what I see and around my area.

But, I also ain't talking about someone wanting $10,000?
Maybe in most areas? That would be easy? But, I have no idea on that?
