TBonds/ Watch for a Breakout *PIC*

Keep an eye on TBonds. The 119.16 is price resistance and the downtrendline is at about 120. Price continues to hold its short uptrend and is looking to breakout over 120. The RSI 21 is holding above the 50line and trying to turn up and the Modified MACD has turned positive but still under the 0 line. Big treasure sale of 10yr and 30yr next Tuesday-Thursday. This chart should respond to this in that time frame. Note the TLT Long Bond ETF overlaid this Bond chart as it tracks bonds nicely with an even higher beta. Strong seasonal trend for TBonds to rally into the last 1/2 of the year with a low in June (a high in yield)quite consistently over the years according to long term seasonal trend charts. Just something to pay attention to as bonds and their yields have serious consequences on everything and everyone.
