I don't think that there is anybody that really know for sure exactly how Gann incorporated astro. To the best of my knowledge, Gann never wrote anything down about his planetary trading, he kept it inside his head and didn't discuss it with anyone. He is purported to have once commented when asked about it, that "the general public was not ready for that" so he just kept it to himself. At least that is the impression I have gotten from everything that i've read about it.
