You may be correct. As I said earlier, I don't use the H&S pattern myself. So I don't know much about how a failed or good one goes. ;)
You seem to not be as bearish as many seem to be. Most are looking for a double bottom or possible new lows?
Time will tell!

The good thing? A trader could care less! They just want the markets to MOVE! ;) And they also could care less which markets are doing the moving.
